Today I bright my 2013 335i in for the annual Texas State inspection (which is now only an emission test). The dealership provided a routine inspection of the vehicle for issues or problems at no charge. They identified that the brake fluid replacement was due and we took care of it without any further delay. There were no other issues and the entire experience was finished in less than two hours. My service advisor is Eduardo and he is by far the best there is! I had issues with my coolant levels dropping and having to refill my coolant very often. My previous service advisor stated that it was normal due to it being a performance vehicle. For a year I was constantly refilling it. I then had another routine yearly maintenance service appt with Eduardo and mentioned these concerns again. Great dealer. However, too much upselling on annual service. Should be covered by warranty. The warranty is the main reason I buy BMW. If it loses its meaning, I will have to look at other products.

Took possession of my BMW X6 on 4/15/2025. The dealership and team worked quickly and efficiently to get me out within 2 hours from preparing the documentation to closing with the finance group. Because of my vehicle purchase taking place in the later part of the day, my salesman worked hard to prevent a trip back to the dealership. Also my purchase being the last one of the day, the closing had to be cut short. Some of the details of the extended warranty were not covered. There might be a follow up in the future. Overall I was very pleased with the whole purchase of my vehicle.

Great service, Colin quickly ensured the vehicle is meeting required standards for travel. My tire was destroyed but Collin had it fixed in 3 hours.

BMW Midtown have a very good service always, wonderful agents always solve the issues and give you proactive diagnostic in case the car needs it. I have never had any problem and I always have been use prepaid maintainable and BMW insurance products, that I recommend to purchase them during car the acquisition.

They were easy to work with, and made the buying and financing process painless. They even went out of their way to make sure I got the best rate possible on my loan.
