I had a great experience yesterday. After being disappointed from west Houston BMW where I purchased my vehicle from, I called all around, trying to find the right BMW place for service. I have only drove Mercedes before, so this is my first BMW experience. Especially after hearing how BMW is known for their service just like Mercedes-Benz.
